PLUMBING RATES

Normal business hours : 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Estimates and Quotations – Free of charge.

Diagnostic/assessment callouts – €140 plus VAT (€158.90). If anything can be done on the day, it will be charged accordingly; otherwise, a quotation will be provided for any further necessary work.

Breakdown, maintenance, and repair callouts – €140 plus VAT (€158.90), increasing depending on the work involved.

Standard gas boiler service and system check – €140 plus VAT (€158.90).

Saturday breakdown, maintenance, and repair callouts (8 am to 6 pm) – €180 plus VAT (€204.30), increasing depending on the work involved.

AFTER HOURS emergency callouts (6 pm to 12 am, Monday to Friday) – €200 plus VAT (€227), increasing depending on the work involved.

AFTER HOURS emergency callouts on SATURDAY (6 pm to 12 am) and all day SUNDAY – €220 plus VAT (€249.70), increasing depending on the work involved.

AFTER HOURS emergency callouts (12 am to 8 am, Monday to Sunday) – €250 plus VAT (€283.75), increasing depending on the work involved.

Prices are based on TIME SPENT, MATERIALS USED and LEVEL OF COMPLEXITY involved in work.

All above prices are subjected to VAT at 13.5%
